Alou Cakes began in a small home kitchen with a single recipe and a stubborn belief: that the most ordinary moments deserve extraordinary cake. Over a decade later, that belief still rules every batch we send out the door.
Each cake is made to order. We don't bake ahead. We don't use pre-mixed bases, gels, or shortcuts. What you receive is the honest result of patient hands, careful ingredients, and a small team that takes their time.
